• Click on Clover's Inventory app and then on the Setup tab.

  • ✅ Enable "Track Stock"

  • ✅ Enable "Update item counts after each sale"

As syncing is enabled in Shopventory, we will act as your primary database and control stock counts in Clover. Leaving this second option enabled, however, allows stock counts to update immediately after sales, with no syncing delay.

Remember to still make all inventory changes/updates/additions directly in Shopventory rather than Clover! Read on:
