This should ONLY be done when you want to export new inventory information from Thrive to populate a new integration.
These instructions are for wiping out ALL the inventory data on the merchant account before connecting Thrive in order to re-populate the integration with Thrive's inventory data after connecting.
⚠️ Do not delete products from your integration to remove them from Thrive.
That does not work and will ultimately cause more issues! ⚠️
In order to delete multiple products from Thrive,
you can learn more in this article.
This will be done from the products page:
There is a master checkbox at the top of most item lists. You can click the master checkbox to select every list item on a page. You can select more than 50 items for a bulk action.
Click the master checkbox to select all the items on the page
Click "Select all products in this store" from your store (if needed)
Click the ellipsis to show More Actions>Delete Product
NOTE: Performing bulk actions on 50+ items can take a few minutes. If you have selected all list items for a bulk action, then wait for the bulk action to complete before making other changes.
Go to your Clover Inventory tab and view your Items.
Click “Select All”.
Click “Delete” under the Bulk edit options dropdown.
This will only delete one page at a time. If you'd prefer, you can scroll to the bottom of the page, click "Show More" and keep going till you see your full inventory, then "Select All" and delete.
NOTE: It might be faster to delete the products in bulk directly on your POS, but just make sure that it also remove the product from your Clover Inventory tab as well.
