Good news: Your quantities are CORRECT! ✅
This is a display issue in Square's web dashboard ONLY. In other words, your quantities are being managed correctly between Square and Shopventory. What does this mean for me?
- This just means that the Square dashboard in Squareup.com will not show the quantity until Square corrects the issue. Quantities are correct, they're just not showing up on the item list. The quantities are correct in the Square Register app.
Do I need to change anything?

What is being done to fix this?
- To be clear, Square has acknowledged this is a problem on the Square end. They have let us know they are working to resolve it, but Shopventory has not been given a timeline. We will keep our Square users updated.
What should I do in the meantime?
- For now, you can simply ignore the squareup.com quantity display. Shopventory is managing quantities within Square. So the Shopventory quantities are correct. How Shopventory Syncs with Square
