Get even more out of your data with reporting capabilities specific to your business, including Dashboards and Goals. With customizable reports, you can resize and prioritize the information that is most important to you.

Set Goals so you and your team know what you’re shooting for. Fine-tune your Dashboard, or set up multiple Dashboards. Set the report tiles up in a way that works best for you to establish the Dashboard as your go-to spot for a quick glance and how business is going.

When you click Metrics, you'll see options to go to your Dashboard, Goals, and Reports.

Dashboards

Once you’ve completed the initial set-up questions, you can edit your first Dashboard. Each tile is its own report, so feel free to resize or remove it entirely if it's not information you want to see.

Dashboards are user-specific and will not be shared with other users on the account.

To start editing tiles, click on “Edit board” as shown here:

Using the filters at the top, the report will either show stores or integrations. Here are the tiles to choose from:

  • Cumulative Sales - The sum of sales over the set time period.

  • Top 5 Categories - A donut graph of the top 5 Categories selling the most.

  • Average Sales - Sales per store divided by the number of transactions in the selected time range.

  • Net Sales - The net sales per store/integration in the selected time range.

  • Net Profit - The net amount collected after COGs, taxes, shipping, etc.

  • Cumulative Sales vs. Goal - The sum of sales over time and how they track to your goal set up on this page (link*)

  • Total Inventory - Total inventory value per store/integration now, not affected by the time range filter.

  • Purchase Orders - The most recent Purchases are currently in "Open" status, including Open, Partially Received, and Overdue POs. This way, you can keep tabs and ensure expected dates are met.

    • Columns include Purchase Order ID, Status, Expected (date), and overall Value.

  • In-Transit Transfers - The most recent Internal Transfers are in an "Outstanding" status (Open, Partial, Overdue). With that information, you can see where units are going and if there are any delays to be aware of.

    • The columns include Internal Transfer ID, From (the sending location), Ship To (the receiving location), and overall Value.

  • Recent Stocktakes - The 5 most recent stocktakes, including their current status. Each stocktake can show more details when clicking on the Stocktake ID.

    • Columns include Stocktake ID, Location, Status, Last Updated (date), and Discrepancy (number of units that changed).

Edit the name of your dashboard, to make it easy to find later, and don't forget to save once you've got everything set!

Editing a Dashboard

Once a Dashboard is saved, you can always go back and make edits, including changing the name, tiles, and filters. Reorder your tiles based on what's most important and resize them to make them work for you!

To edit a Dashboard, click "Edit" as shown here:

  • NOTE: You will only see the "Edit" button once a Dashboard has been saved.

When making edits, if you don't like the end result, you'll have the option to revert back to before you were making edits (instead of Saving).

Goals

Account owners can set a Goal by expanding the menu bar and navigating to the Goals section.

This Goal is for your entire business (all stores) and will show up on the Cumulative Sales vs. Goal tile so you can ensure you're staying on track. This is important so we have some basic information to better understand your business and to help set a benchmark for where you want your sales to be. We will help keep you on track and ensure you know exactly where your business stands when it comes to meeting your Goal.
