Thrive and BigCommerce both have many product fields, and there are some differences between the two platforms. When you first connect your BigCommerce account to Thrive, you can import your product catalog (from BigCommerce). However, Thrive won't import all fields since BigCommerce restricts what we can import.
Here are the product fields Thrive import when you first connect your BigCommerce account and import your catalog (please note if the product field is not listed, we will not sync it):
When you've successfully connected and imported your catalog from BigCommerce to Thrive, Thrive will now sync updates to product fields to your BigCommerce account. More information on how Thrive syncs can be found here.

Things to Note:
A product must have at least one Category to sync to BigCommerce.
SKUs will show up in the Variations field of BigCommerce.
Digital Products will not be imported. These products should be created and edited exclusively in BigCommerce.
