Details on how Thrive syncs with various product fields in PayPal Here

⚠️ PayPal Here's API has been deprecated and is causing Thrive to not work properly with some accounts ⚠️

Furthermore, PayPal is phasing out PayPal Here (PPH) and not currently allowing new sign-ups. PayPal is switching to Zettle, which we do not integrate with at this time. If you are seeing issues with your PayPal Here integration, please write to our Customer Care Team and we can take a closer look for you.


Thrive and PayPal Here both have many product fields and there are some differences between the two platforms. When you first connect your PayPal Here account to Thrive, you have the option to import your product catalog (from PayPal Here). However, Thrive won't import all fields since PayPal Here places restrictions on what exactly we can import.

Here are the product fields Thrive import when you first connect your PayPal Here account and import your catalog (please note if the product field is not listed, we will not sync it):

When you've successfully connected and imported your catalog from PayPal Here to Thrive, Thrive will now sync updates to product fields to your PayPal Here account. More information on how Thrive syncs can be found here.

Some notable fields that are editable in Thrive, but will not sync to PayPal Here include:


Things to Note:

  • PayPal Here only allows one image to sync to their POS.
