Three types of pricing:
- Fixed - This is the default and most common option. It just means the product has one price which is set.
- Per Unit - This indicates the product is sold in units of measurement, (per pound, per gallon, etc.) Learn more
- Variable - This means the price is entered in by the cashier when checking out.
How does it become "Variable" if the product was created in Shopventory?
If a Variant is created in Shopventory with no price, then it is pushed to the provider with variable pricing selected.
How do I fix it?
Once the Product is in the POS with variable pricing, it must be changed to 'Fixed' pricing within your provider's inventory system.
