Hi 👋 We're glad you've decided to give Thrive a try.

Here are a few tips to help you get started using our service:


1. Take our quick course on Getting Started

  • Learn the ropes with this Getting Started course.

    • Contains six videos, pro tips, and questions to test your knowledge.

  • Great for beginners, but also for seasoned pros to learn the ins and outs of Thrive.

2. Stop using your point of sale provider's inventory app

  • All inventory changes should now be done exclusively in Thrive.

  • Changes made in Thrive will automatically be reflected in your point of sale.

  • Updating quantities in your provider's (Clover, Square, etc.) system can lead to inventory discrepancies. Learn more

3. Nothing changes in the sales process

  • Ringing up customers is exactly the same as it was before.

  • Sales at the point of sale are automatically reported back to Thrive to deduct quantities and put together reports.

4. Enjoy your full-feature 30-day free trial

  • The average merchant ends up saving 6+ payroll hours per week using Thrive.

  • Thrive is a monthly (or yearly) subscription.

5. We're here to help
